פרוטוקול ישיבת ועד המנהל קהילת ידידיה 27.3.2012

הישיבה נוהלה ע"י לינדה גרדשטיין.

אושר הפרוטוקל של הישיבה הקודמת מ15.2.12

הצעות ליושב ראש חדש:  נמסר כי גיי מעוניין לסיים את תפקידו ושיש צורך לאתר מועמד מתאים ולצרף אותה לועד המנהל לעת עתה.

ספריה במרכז דב:  דנו על כיצד לאפשר פתיחת הספרייה בשבתות. עיקר הבעיה מתמקד על מניעת כניסתם של ילדים קטנים ללא השגחה.  לא הושג פתרון הולם. ולכן לינדה סיכמה שאין שינוי במדיניות עכשיו.

אירועים בעבר: 

פורים: לינדה הודתה לכל המארגנות, פנינה, דבורה ק., יהודית ואנאבל על הסעודה. היו אי הבנות על ייעודם של הכספים השונים שנאספו. יש לערוך בקידה נוספת של החלוקה.  כ-100 אנשים השתתפו בסעודת פורים.

יהודית העירה על בעיית הרעש בזמן קריאת המגילה והציעה לבחון אפשרות לקיים קריאה נוספת במרכז דב עבור הילדים הקטנים. כך מנצלים את הבניין.  גם פנינה ציינה את עוצמת הרעש וסברה כי כדאי לשקול חלוקת הקריאה המשפחתית לשני אולמות.

רנדי גרבר הציגה נייר עמדה בנושא מעורבות חברתית. רנדי מסרה על מאמצים לערב ארגונים שונים בפעילויות שונות וגם מסרה על תוכניות לשבתות עיון, לדוגמא ב21.4.12 יהיה שבת עיון עם הרב סילווסטר ממעגלי צדק.

דבורה ביקשה הבהרה על המשמעות של השיתוף עם ארגונים שונים.  רנדי דיברה על האפשרות להצטרף לתוכנית של אירגונים אחרים על מנת לקדם פעילות חברתית בקרב חברי הקהילה.

אסתר שאלה: מי בוחר את הארגונים האלה? ואולי אפשר לעשות יריד במקום שבתות עיון.

יהודית שאלה על משמעות השותפות. האם זה מתבטא במחיר מוזל להשכרת האולם או דרישה לשירותי משרד?

דניאל ר. שאל אם יש כוונה להיכנס לשותפות עם ארגון לבתי מדרש לאנשים עם מוגבלויות?

רנדי הגיבה:  כרגע היא חברה יחידה בוועדה לכן מחליטה בהתאם. איזה ארגונים-צריך להתחיל במספר מצומצם.  יריד-ראיון טוב שעבד בעבר, אבל שטחי ולא מספיק מעמיק.  שותפות-- אפשר להציע את האולם במחיר מוזל (עמותות). האם הוועד בעד המשך פעילות? האם אשפר לקבל תקציב של כ-1000 ₪ לשנת 2012 עבור קידום הפעילות.

הוועד אישר המשך פעילות ותקציב עד 1000 ₪ לשנת 2012.

פסח: סעודות שבת הגדול יתקיימו באחריות לינדה גרדשטיין ומשה בר-זאב.

פנינה- יש כבר לוח זמנים לכל החג.

תוכנית לערב יום השואה תאורגן על ידי נעמי שטאל ודוד זילברקלנג.

חיים ויצמן מארגן אזכרה לזכר ניות בנו ביום א' 21.4.12.

יום עצמאות: אסתר התנדבה לארגן את האירועים.

חג השבועות: גיי וקובי אחראיים. גיי יבדוק עם דבי גריינמן על אפשריות שונות.

לסיום: תאריך הישיבה הבאה נקבע ליום ג'  1.5.2012.

Kehillat Yedidya - Minutes of Steering Committee 27.3 2012

Present: J. Rosenberg, Linda Gradstein, Daniel Rohrlich, Danielle Bernstein, Kobi Eibelman, David Gleicher, Penina Arbit, Debora Kalker, Esther Edell, Donna Goldberg, Josh Schoffman (Audit), Eliezer Feiner (audit), Eudice Harris, Randi Garber, Moshe Bar-Zev (secretary)

The meeting was chaired by Linda Gradstein

1 Suggestions for a new chairperson to replace J Rosenberg, who plans to stand down by the end of the year. A candidate to replace him was suggested who will join the steering committee as soon as possible

2 Library in Mercaz Dov: requests have been made to allow general access to Mercaz Dov on Shabbat prior to the start of children’s activities. The problem is the lack of supervision of children. No suitable alternative was suggested to the current arrangement, whereby the key is available from the key-box.

3 (see draft proposal) Randi Garber presented a proposal for social involvement in the community, and various activities offered by different organizations; for example, a Shabbat Iyun has already been arranged for 21.4 with Rabbi Gideon Sylvester representing “Ma’aglei Tzedek”.

Debora Kalker asked what the significance of this co-operation would be. Randi replied that the idea was to encourage social involvement by the kehilla members.

Esther wanted to know who decides which organizations are suitable, and suggested that a “fair” like the previous “health fairs” might have the same effect. Eudice asked whether this co-operation involved renting space at a reduced rate, or providing office services. Daniel R. asked if there was any intention of developing ties with any organization which provided a Bet Midrash for people with disabilities.

Randi responded that as she’s currently the only person involved with thus issue, she took the liberty of deciding which organizations she wishes to invite. She pointed out that the fairs while successful, provided only  a very superficial introduction to the organizations, while a Shabbat Iyun gives a chance to present a specific idea and organization more broadly. She suggested that the kehilla offer space to these Amutot at a reduced rate.

The committee agreed to provide a budget of up to 1,000 shekels for the remainder of 2012.

4 Previous events: Linda thanked Penina, Debora Kalker , Eudice and Annabel for their involvement. Approx. 100 people participated in the Purim Seuda. There is a continuing lack of agreement over the division of moneys collected for Mahazit Hashekel and Matanot L’Evyonim. This needs to be resolved.

Eudice raised the issue of the amount of noise at the main Megilla reading and suggested the possibility of holding an extra reading for families with young children in Mercaz Dov, now that we have the space. Penina concurred.

5 Future Events: Pesach - Shabbat Hagadol meals are being organized by Linda and Moshe Bar-Zev. Penina has already prepared the schedule for the Hag.

The program for Yom Hashoah is being organized by Noomi Stahl and David Zilberklang.

The Watzmans will be holding an Azkara for Niot to launch their new educational project in his memory on Sunday 21.4

Esther Edell volunteered to co-ordinate the Yom Hazikaron/Ha’atzmaut evening events.

Shavuot: Kobi and J will take responsibility for organizing the Leil Limmud. J will speak to Debbie Greniman about options.
