1) פרוטוקול מהישיבה הקודמת: קובי שאל האם יהודית (הריס) קבלה את הפרוטוקלים מישיבות קודמות כדי להעלות אותם לאתר. ג'יי אמר שאכן נשלחו. גם צויין שכל המסמכים הרלוונטיים חייבים להישלח יחד עם הפרוטוקול כדי שאפשר להעלות אותם לאתר.
הפרוטוקול מהישיבה הקודמת אושר.
2) דיון בנושא ימים נוראים: לינדה הודתה לדני גמולקה ודוד ג'יבלי שהצטרפו לדיון זה. דני פתח ואמר שניסינו לערוך תפילה נוספת במרכז דוב ( כל נדרי ונעילה) והיו כמה בעיות. אם נשריין מקומות שמורים חייבים לסדר שני מוקדי תפילה וז"א לדאוג לבעלי תפילה ובעלי קריאה נוספים. בנוסף, האקוסטיקה במרכז דוב בעייתית "(ואפילו לא שמעו את קובי כשהוא התפלל"). מצד שני, אם ננסה לפתור את הבעיה ע"י עריכת תפילה נוספת בקומת הכניסה אז גם שם יש בעיות – ילדים, רעש, אקוסטיקה. אסתר הציע שאנשים יכנסו לבניין דרך מרכז דוב כדי להפחית קצת את הרעש בזה שיהיו פחות אנשים, אבל קובי ציין שבכל זאת אנשים נכנסים ויוצאים כשהם יורדים לשרותים.
לינדה הציעה את הרעיון של מקומות שמורים לכל התפילות במשך כל החגים. היא אמרה ששמעה המון הערות, במיוחד מהנשים, שלא הצליחו למצוא מקום כשהגיעו לביהכ"נ, לא יכלו לשבת יחד עם כל המשפחה, קבוצות התישבו במקומות שלנו. ההרגשה היא – במיוחד אצל הנשים – שהם רוצים לדעת שיש להם מקומות שמורים בחגים. ישנם אפילו חברי קהילה שלא רוצים לחדש את חברותם אם לא יהיו מקומות שמורים.
פנינה הסבירה שמבחינת מספרים פשוט א"א לעשות את זה אם לא תהיו שתי תפילות מקבילות, אפילו אם מורידים את האנשים שמתפללים בניין המוקדם. ואפילו אם נבקש מקבוצות לא להגיע – זה עדיין גבולי וסביר להניח שלא יהיו מספיק מקומות לכולם.
דנה אמרה שכדאי לחזור לשיטה של מקומות שמורים, אבל גם רוצה להזמין קבוצות. היא מציעה שתי תפילות עם מקומות בסוף האולם לאלו שאינם חברי הקהילה. קובי אמר שכדאי להתפצל לאחר תפילת שחרית (או לפני או אחרי קריאת התורה) כדי שנוכל להתפלל יחד לפחות לשחרית. שאלו את הגבאים אם אפשר למצוא שלושה בעלי תפילה נוספים (2 ימי ר"ה וגם יו"כ) ודני גמולקה ענה שזה אתגר לא קטן למצוא חזנים להתפלל בימים הנוראים. לינדה ציינה שהמקומות יהיו שמורים רק לתפילות מוסף. אסתר שאלה לגבי אלו שמתפללים במנין המוקדם ופנינה ענתה שבד"כ אין מקומות שמורים כשיש מנין מוקדם כי שם הכל מאוד גמיש. קובי הסביר שברוב המקרים אנשים לא יודעים מראש אם יתפללו במנין המוקדם ויש אלו שהולכים שמה רק יום אחד. אסתר הציע שאפשר להוסיף שורה לטופס החברות לבקש מאנשים להתחייב למנין זה או אחר – מוקדם או רגיל. פנינה ציינה שענין של המנין המוקדם מהווה סימן שאלה גדול. בנוסף היא דברה עם משהו מקהילת "כל הנשמה" שם הם משתמשים בשיטה ממוחשבת, אבל גם שיטה זו אינה מושלמת ויש הגבלות במספר מקומות אז גם שיטה כזאת לאו דווקא יעזור לנו לפתור את הבעיה.
לינדה רוצה לנסות לשמור מקומות כמה שאפשר. אפשר לבקש מאנשים להתחייב למנין המוקדם. גרי הציע שיטה של פתקאות נייר. ג'יי אמר שאם אנשים רוצים מקומות שמורים אפשר לגבות מהם יותר כסף. קובי גם הציע שנשים פחות כסאות באולם תפילה כי זה יהיה יותר נוח אבל גם יכריח אנשים לשבת למטה. לינדה סכמה את הדיון בנושא ואמרה שנפצל את התפילות לפני תפילת מוסף ונערוך למקומות שמורים. פנינה והגבאים ינסו לסדר את זה.
הוחלט: יהיו מקומות שמורים בשנה הקרובה לתפילת מוסף בר"ה, ולכל נדרי, מוסף ונעילה ביו"כ. גבאים יסדרו את עניין בעלי תפילה ופנינה תדאג לסידור מקומות ישיבה.
3) הרב הורוביץ והצעה להתפלל לשלום: חנה ל. סקרה את ההצעה להתפלל לשלום בין היהודים. היא אמרה שזו הזדמנות פז להתאחד עם אגודת ישראל ועוד קהילות אורטודוקסיות כדי לקדם אחדות יהודית והכללה. הרב הורוביץ הוא החרדי הראשון שמכיר בבעיות ומדבר עליהם. הוא מחפש הצעות אבל כרגע כל מה שהוא רוצה זה להתפלל. לא מדובר בתפילות המוניות אלא כל בית כנסת בקהילה שלו. הוא בעד שלום ונגד חילול ה'. ע"י כך שקהילת ידידיה מצרף את שם הקהילה ליוזמה זו אנו אומרים שאנחנו בעד כל מי שרוצה להצטרף ולהתפלל לשלום.
דיון: דניאל ב. הביעה את דעתה שברגע זה היא רק רוצה להתפלל נגד חילול ה' שהם [החרדים] עושים. דניאל ר. רוצה שנעשה משהו משמעותי ותומך ביוזמה כזו אבל הוא חושב שחייבים לעשות יותר. אסתר מרגישה שזה נסיון מבורך להתאחד עם קהילות אחרות ובעד הוספת תפילה לשלום. חנה תנסה לגלות מי הם הקהילות שמצטרפות אליו. היא מאמינה שזו הזדמנות חינוכית. לינדה רוצה לדעת מה הוא מציע ומי עוד מצטרפים ליוזמה שלו – אמריקנים, ישראלים? אסתר הציעה שנצביע.
הוחלט: נוסיף את שמנו לרשימת הקהילות שמתפללים לשלום (לא לתפילת שלום ספציפית) ולצרף את שם הקהילה למודעה שתומכת בשלום.
4) הכנסת ספר תורה נעמי: גיטה חזני-מלכיור ומשפחתה הזמינו ספר תורה ספרדי עם בית אשכנזי לזכר אביהם, והם רוצים להשאיל אותו לשימוש קהילת ידידיה. הם רוצים לעשות את הטקס ביום השנה של פטירת האבת שיוצא ביום ה' 16/2/2012. הם רוצים מישהו מהקהילה לתאם ולעזור בארגון האירוע מול המשפחה. הוצע שבוב קרול ודני ודינה עזרו לארגן את הכנסת ספר תורה הקודמת, אבל זקוקים למישהו מטעם הועד מנהל לתאם את כל הפרטים.
דניאל ב. ואסתר התנדבו לעבוד על זה יחד עם נעמי.
דניאל גמולקה הוסיף שכדאי שנשים לעצמנו מטרה כללית לקבל יותר ספרי תורה משלנו, לא רק אלו שאנו שואלים מאחרים.
5) אירועים ותקצוב פנינה פתחה את הדיון בנושא זה ואמרה שעלות של 5,000 ש"ח חייב לבוא לדיון לפני ועד המנהל, אפילו כשיש כסף בתקציב. אסתר התיעצה עם רו"ח שלנו, אבי פרקש, שהציע לנו להכין מסמך עם רשימת התחייבויות של חברי הועד, ושהם יחתמו על מסמך זה. אחרי שחתמו צריכים לקיים אותו. לינדה שאלה אם יש מסמך כזה ואם לא, צריכים להכין אחד כזה. אסתר הציעה שאולי ועדת הבקורת צריכה לעשות את זה. דני ג. שאל למה זה כ"כ חשוב לממש את התקציב כולו לפני סוף השנה?
נעמי לא הסכימה שהכל צריך לבוא לועד לדיון. ועדת האומנות לא באה כל פעם שהם רוצים להעלות תצוגה חדשה כי יש להם תקציב. יש תקציב ויש אנשים שיוזמים תוכניות. אפשר לחסוך כסף ולא לערוך תוכניות, אבל היא מרגישה שזה חשוב לקהילה. נעמי ג"כ הביעה התאכזבות מהתוכנית (בחנוכה). היו מעט מאוד אנשים מהקהילה. היא רוצה להכין שאלון ללמוד למה זה קרה. ג'יי הביע את תמיכתו בנעמי. התוכנית בפני עצמה היתה בסדר. מבחינת תקצוב, אסתר ציינה שלא נכון להשוות בין עלויות שוטפות (נקיון, קידוש וכו') ותוכניות חד-פעמיות. תוכנים חד-פעמית צריכה לבוא לפני ועד המנהל. היה אפשר להצביע דרך הדוא"ל. ג'יי הביע ספקות לגבי הצבעות דרך הדוא"ל. לינדה שאלה בקשר לתקנה של 500 ש"ח. נעמי אמרה שזה אמור להיות עבור דברים שאינם כלולים בתוך התקציב. לינדה שאלה אם היינו צריכים להצביע אבל נעמי טענה שדברים עלולים להיתקע אם חייבים להצביע כל פעם. קובי אמר שהיה נכון אם הועד היה מאשר את התוכנית כי מדובר בהרבה כסף עם סיכוי לתוצאה כמו שהיתה. מבחינת ניהול תקין, לו היתה לקהילה ועדת אירועים הם היו יכולים להחליט בעניין. מכל מקום, חשוב ללמוד ולהסיק מסקנות מכישלון זה. אולי תפקיד הועד מנהל הוא להחליט איפה ואיך לפזר את התקציב. לינדה הזכירה שבפגישת הועד האחרון דיברו על התוכנית אבל לא על עניין התקציב. אם יש תקציב לאירועים האם חייבים לאשר תוכניות מסוימות? אסתר חשבה שלא היה אירוע שלא דנו בתקציב חריג. אם יש אפשרות להפסד אז כמובן חייבים לקבל אישור מהועד. לינדה ציינה שאפשר ללמוד למקרים בעתיד ושאלה אם כדאי לשלם עבור דוברים ו/או תוכניות בידור? דנה הציעה תהליך כך שאם אורוע יעלה יותר מ-X ש"ח הועד חייב לאשר אותו.
הוחלט: אסתר ופנינה תכינו מסמך התחייבויות של חברי יעד המנהל וכל חברי הועד יתבקשו לחתום עליו.
6) ט"ו בשבט: דניאל ר. התחיל עם ידיעה שארגון "שומרי משפט" (Rabbis for Human Rights) מארגן נטיעות ביום ד' כדי להחזיר עצים שנעקרו בכפר פלסטיני. יחיאל גרינימן עוזר בארגון האירוע ודניאל אמר שיהיה רעיון טוב שחברי ק. ידידיה יצטרפו לפעילות.
הוחלט: דניאל ר. ישלח מודעה לפרסום בידיעות ידידיה שמזמינה חברי הקהילה להצטרף לאירוע "שומרי משפט" ביום של ט"ו בשבט. גם הוחלט שהמודעה תיכנס מתחת לקו, שזה לא אירוע של הקהילה אבל לציין שחברי הקהילה משתתפים בו.
פנינה ודבורה ק. מארגנות ערב חגיגי במוצאי ט"ו בשבט (יום ד' 8/2) עם סעודה קלה משותפת של מרק/סלט/לחם ביתי, ופרופ. ריצ'רד שוורץ ידבר על נושאים הקשורים לאיכות הסביבה. דנה התנדבה לדבר לאלעזר וולדמן לגבי סדר ט"ו בשבט לילדים ונוער בשעות הצהריים.
7) שגריר ארה"ב : ג'יי דווח שבינתיים השגריר מאוד עסוק ואינו פנוי בתקופה הקרובה להצטרף אלינו לתפילת שבת.
8) פורים – חשוב לדעת: פנינה: פורים יוצא ביום ו' כך שהקריאות בבוקר יהיו קצת יותר מוקדמות (מנין ב-06:45 ו07:34, קריאת נשים ב-08:30), ומיד לאחר מכן (בשעה 10:00) סעודה חלבית עם מספר מקומות מוגבל. בנוסף יש קריאה פרטית ביום ה' בערב לכבוד בת מצווה של חברים בקהילה. פנינה תדבר עם השפילרים להודיע להם את לו"ז של אותו יום.
פרויקט משלוח מנות: דבורה ופנינה משנים את פורמט הפרויקט קצת. לא תהיה אפיית אזהי המן אלא אם כן מישו מתנדב לעשות את זה בביתו שלו. בנוסף, לא יתאפשר להזמין חבילות לחברים מסוימים – או ששולחים לכל הקהילה או לא מצטרפים בכלל. המחיר יורד ל275 ש"ח + 25 ש"ח לחיילים. פנינה ודבורה תבדקו את האפשרות לקנות מתנה צנועה מסדנה מוגנת (למשל, יד לקשיש או שק"ל) להוסיף לחבילות בנוסף למשהו אחד טוב לאכול (כגון שוקולד).
רשימת עשייה בעקבות הפגישה:
1. הגבאים יפגשו לפני החגים כדי לערוך למצב של תפילות מפוצלות למעלה ולמטה. פנינה תתקן את טפסי החברות לשאול לגבי המניין המוקדם ומקומות שמורים בר"ה וביו"כ.
2. דניאל ב. ואסתר תארגן את הכנסת ספר התורה יחד עם נעמי. הם יפנו לבוב קרול ולדני ודינה לקבל מהם הצעות. פנינה תשלח להם טופס לתכנון אירועים.
3. אסתר ופנינה תכינו מסמך לגבי התחייבויות של ועד המנהל והחברים בו, שיחתם ע"י כל חברי הועד היום ובעתיד.
4. דניאל ר. ישלח הודעה לידיעות ידידיה להזמין חברי הקהילה להשתתף לאירוע ט"ו בשבט של ארגון "שומרי משפט".
5. פנינה ודבורה תסיימו הכנות לקרת ט"ו בשבט וידאגו לשלוח הודעה לידיעות ידידיה ולארגן את האירוע מול יהודית.
6. פנינה ודבורה יתחילו לארגן לקראת פורים, והם יבדקו אפשרויות למתנה להכניס לחבילות משלוח מנות.

1) Protocol from the previous meeting
Kobi asked whether Eudice had received past protocols so she could post them on the web site. J said they had been sent to her. It was also noted that all relevant documents need to be attached to the protocol so they could also be posted.
The protocol from the previous meeting was approved.
2) Yamim Noraim (YN) discussion
Linda thanked Danny Gemulka and David Guibli for joining this part of the meeting.
Danny Gemulka: This year we tried to have a second minyan downstairs in Merkaz Dov (MD) [for Kol Nidre and Nei’la], and there were problems. If we try to have reserved seats you must arrange for two services and that means finding two ba’alei tefillah and addition torah readers. Also the acoustics in MD aren’t the best (“the acoustics were so bad downstairs people couldn’t even hear Kobi”). David G. mentioned the problem with the air conditioners in MD – it was too hot in some places and too cold in others. On the other hand, if you try to solve the MD problem by having the second minyan on the entrance level there are also problems there – kids running around, noise, acoustics. Esther suggested having people enter the building through MD to try and reduce some of the noise on the entrance level. Kobi pointed out that people would still be coming downstairs to use the bathrooms.
Linda brought up the option of reserving seats for all tefillot for all of the chagim. There was a great deal of feedback, particularly from the women, that they didn’t find seats in shul, couldn’t find seats together with all of their family, groups had taken up seats. The feeling was that especially on the women’s side of the shul, people want to know that they have seats reserved for them for the chagim, and there are people who don’t want to renew their membership if they don’t have reserved seats.
Penina explained that it was mathematically impossible to do that without having two parallel services. There just isn’t enough room upstairs even if you discount the 100+ people who attend the early minyan. Perhaps we can tell outside groups not to come on the chagim? Penina responded that even in that case it’s borderline if we don’t have two services.
Donna would like to see us go back to having reserved seating, but would also like us to welcome groups. She suggests having two services where members would get their seats and there could be seats in the back for groups and non-members. Kobi indicated that the services should be split after Shacharit (either before or after the Torah reading), so we can be together for Shacharit. Gabba’im were asked if it possible to find three additional ba’alei tefillah for the extra mussaf services (2 on RH and 1 on YK)? Daniel G. stated it is no small challenge to find chazzanim who are willing to lead services on RH, and to find sufficient numbers of chazzanim. Linda explained that reserved seats would be valid only for Mussaf. Esther asked about the people who attend the early minyan and Penina noted that we don’t usually have reserved seats when there is an early minyan because it’s very flexible there. Kobi explained that sometimes people don’t know in advance if they will attend, some only go one day not the other. Esther proposed adding a line to the seating questionnaire asking people if they intend to daven at the early minyan.
Penina indicated that the early minyan makes assigning reserved seats a big question mark. She spoke to someone from Kol Haneshama where they use a computerized system. But they limit the number of seats they give to a family so if you have a large family you don’t get enough reserved seats for everyone. And if you end up with additional guests after the deadline you’re out of luck.
Linda wants us to be able to reserve seats as much as possible. We can ask people to commit either to the regular minyan or the early minyan. Gary G. suggested using some type of slips of paper, and if people don’t use their seats they return the papers so someone else can use the seat.
J suggested charging an additional fee if people want reserved seats. Kobi also suggested placing fewer chairs upstairs which would make the tefilla more comfortable and would force people to go downstairs. Linda concluded that we would try splitting at Mussaf and have reserved seating. Penina and the gabbai’m will try to make this happen.
Resolved: There will be reserved seats at Kehillat Yedidya this year for mussaf on RH, Kol Nidre, Mussaf on YK and Ne’ila. The second minyan will be on the entrance floor. Gabbai’m will work out the details of ba’alei tefilla; Penina will work on seating.
3) Rabbi Horowitz and proposal to pray for peace
Hana L. reviewed the proposal to pray for peace among Jews. This is a golden opportunity to be united with Agudat Yisrael and other orthodox Jewish communities – to promote Jewish unity and inclusion. Rabbi Horowitz is the first person in the Haredi community to recognize the problems there and to talk about them. He is looking for suggestions, but right now all he wants to do is to pray. Not mass prayers but each shul in their own community. He is for peace and against chilul Hashem. By adding KY’s name to his initiative we are saying we welcome anyone who wants to come to pray for peace.
Discussion: Daniele expressed the opinion that she only wanted to pray against the chilul Hashem [the haredim] are perpetrating. Daniel R. wants to do something meaningful and is in favor of such an initiative but there is much more to be done, although he expressed reservations because the proposal is vague and badly worded. Esther felt this is a worthwhile effort to join with other communities, and didn’t see anything wrong with adding a Prayer for Peace. Daniele B. felt our response should be much stronger. Hana L. stated that we could try to find out who are the other communities joining him. She believes this is an educational opportunity. Linda wants to find out what he’s proposing and who else is joining, Americans, Israelis? Esther: Proposed taking a vote.
Resolved: To add our name to the communities praying for peace (not a specific prayer), and add our name to the ad in favor of peace.
4) Hachnassat Sefer Torah
Noomi: Gita Hazani-Melchior and her family have commissioned a Sephardi Sefer torah with an Ashkenazi mounting in memory of their father that they want to lend to KY for our use. They want to do it on the father’s yahrtzeit, which is Thursday, February 16, 2012. Need someone from our side to coordinate the event with the family. It was mentioned that Bob Carroll, and Dani and Dina helped organize the previous one, but we need someone from the VM to coordinate everything. Daniele B. and Esther E. will work on this with Noomi.
Daniel G. stated that generally speaking, the shul should have the goal of obtaining more Sifrei Torah of its own, not only ones that are loaned to the shul.
5) Events and budgeting
Penina opened the discussion by stating that she felt that an expenditure of NIS 5,000 must be brought to the VM for discussion, even if there is money in the budget. Esther had consulted with Avi Farkash, KY’s accountant, who suggested that we need to draw up a list of duties, obligations and limitations to be signed by both old and new VM members. Once it’s signed we need to hold people to it. Linda asked if there was such a document, and if not there then one should be prepared. Esther suggested this should be done perhaps by the VB. Danny G. asked why it was necessary to use up the budget before the end of the year?
Noomi disagreed that everything needs to be brought to the VM for its approval. The Art Committee doesn’t come to us every time it wants to hang an exhibit – they have a budget. There is a budget and programs are initiated. We could save money by not having programs, but she feels that we need to have programming. Noomi also felt that this [Chanuka] program was pretty disappointing. There were very few people from Yedidya. She wants to prepare a questionnaire to find out why this was the case. J expressed his support for Noomi. The program in and of itself was perfectly fine. In terms of budgeting, Esther stated that comparing regular operating expenses (cleaning, Kiddush, etc.) with this kind of one-shot thing is incorrect; that they’re two separate things. If you’re going to have a one-time event it needs to come to the VM. There could have been an e-mail vote. J expressed his skepticism regarding the effectiveness of an e-mail vote. Linda asked about the NIS 500 rule. Noomi felt that pertained to items that are not covered in the budget. Linda asked if it should have come to the VM for a vote? Noomi felt that things get bogged down if you have to vote all the time. We have a budget – we should use it. Kobi felt it would have been appropriate if the VM had approved the program because it was a lot of money and there was the chance that something like this would happen. In terms of proper management, if there is an events committee then they would have been authorized to make the decision. Still it is important to learn from this failure. The role of the VM might be to decide where to spend the money. Linda recalled that the Chanuka program was discussed [at the last VM meeting] but money was not discussed. If there is a programming budget do individual programs need budget approval? Esther felt that there had never been an event where an unusual expenditure was not discussed. If there is a potential loss then you should certainly have to get VM approval. Linda stated that we could learn from this for the future and asked whether we should we pay for speakers and/or entertainment? Donna suggested a procedure so that if an event costs more than X it needs VM approval.
Resolved: Esther and Penina will work on a document, to be signed by all VM members (present and incoming) regarding the duties and obligations of the VM and its members.
6) Tu B’Shevat
Daniel R. began the discussion by stating that Rabbis for Human Rights is arranging a Palestinian visit on Wednesday morning to village where trees were uprooted, for a ceremony and tree-planting. Yechiel Greineman is helping to organize it and it would be good if KY members would join.
Resolved: Daniel R. will send an announcement to Yediot Yedidya inviting KY members to join RHR on Tu B’Shevat afternoon. It was also resolved that the announcement would be placed below the line – not an event sponsored by KY but noting that KY members are participating.
Penina and Deborah K. are organizing a pot-luck soup/bread/salad evening on Wednesday night, Feb. 8, and Prof. Richard Schwartz will speak on something having to do with the environment.
Linda asked whether Elyssa Moss should ask Elazar Waldman about an activity for the kids on Wednesday afternoon – a Tu B’Shevat seder. Donna volunteered to speak to Elazar about this and an activity for older kids as well.
7) US Ambassador:
J reported that in the meantime the Ambassador is very busy and will not be joining us at KY in the near future.
8) Information on Purim:
Penina: Purim is on Friday morning so readings will be earlier in the morning (regular minyan at 6:45, women’s reading at 8:30), followed by a dairy pot-luck seudah with limited seating. Also there is a bat mitzvah on Thursday evening with a private megilla reading and party. Penina will contact Purim shpielers to inform them of the schedule and ask about the shpiel.
Mishloach Manot project – Deborah and Penina are changing the format this year. No baking of hamantashen unless someone else wants to volunteer their house. People will no longer be able to send MM packages to individual people – you either send to everyone or no one. Price will drop to NIS 275 + 25 for soldiers. P & D will look into purchasing an inexpensive item from a local charity (e.g., Shekel, Yad Lekashish) to be included in the MM packages along with one quality item (e.g., good chocolate).
Action list following the VM meeting:
1) Gabbai’m will meet ahead of the chagim to work out the details of ba’alei tefilla for additional services upstairs and downstairs; Penina will amend membership form to ask about the early minyan and reserved seating on both RH and YK.
2) Daniele and Esther will work on organizing the Hachnassat Sefer Torah with Noomi. They will contact Bob Carroll and Dani and Dina for suggestions. Penina will send them an events planning form.
3) Esther and Penina will work on a document regarding the duties and obligations of the VM and its members, to be signed by all present and incoming VM members.
4) Daniel R. will send an announcement to Yediot Yedidya inviting KY members to join the Rabbis for Human Rights event on Tu B’Shevat afternoon.
5) Penina and Deborah will finalize plans for the Tu B’Shevat event and make sure things are coordinated with Eudice, and that announcements for Yediot Yedidya are sent.
6) Penina and Deborah will work on organizing further details for the Purim seudah; they will also check out options for gifts and one quality item to be included in the MM packages.
