Minutes of Vaad Menahel meeting 12.11.07

The major part of the meeting was taken up with a discussion, led by Arye Platt, organizational adviser from Shatil. (A summary is attached.)
A number of suggestions were made for a topic that would draw members. Randi agreed to try to get a copy of the film "שביתה" for screening after the business part of the meeting, or we will try to recruit participants for a discussion on the teacher's strike.
Agreed to ask for an e-mail vote on the BUC's recommendation not to have non-members' events on Shabbatot and Chagim.
