Kehillat Yedidya Website

Directions

Kehillat Yedidya is located on 12 Nachum Lifshitz Street in Baka, Jerusalem. Nachum Lifshitz is a small, rather hidden street. Click here for a map.

BY CAR:

If coming from the center of town, going down Keren Ha'yesod, pass "Gan Hapa'amon" -- the Liberty Bell Park -- always bearing to the right onto Rehov Emek Refaim. Follow Emek Refaim to its intersection with Pierre Koenig and Elazar Hamodai (second traffic light). Turn left, cross the railroad tracks, and then turn left again at the first traffic light, next to the gas station onto Rehov Yehuda. Go up Rehov Yehuda, pass Rehov Naftali on the left, and then turn right onto a small street, Rehov Gad (at the Efrata School, the former home of the kehilla). Take Gad until the very end (~2 blocks) and turn right onto Rehov Lifshitz. Kehillat Yedidya is at Lifshitz 12, about a block down on the right side (and a bit after another bet knesset on the same side of the street).

Alternatively, one can take Keren Ha'yesod south, turn left at the second fork after Gan Hapa'amon onto Derekh Beit Lehem, go to the end and turn right on Rehov Yehuda. Take the first left onto Rehov Gad. At the end turn right onto Rehov Nahum Lifshitz and we are down the block at the right.

Park in the parking lot right before Yedidya.

BY BUS:

Buses 10, 21 or 21a to Pierre Koenig Street and Heletz Street. Walk up Heletz until the end. Turn right and walk across the park. Yedidya is on the left.
